Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Femagiene. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our feminine hygiene products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
· You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
· The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
· You must provide proof of purchase (such as order number, invoice, or email confirmation).
· Products that are opened or used for hygiene reasons are generally not eligible for refund, except if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund
You may request a refund in the following cases:
· The product is defective or damaged during transit.
· You received the wrong product.
· The item has expired or has manufacturing defects.
Please note that regular change of mind returns for hygiene products cannot be accepted unless the product is unopened and in its original condition.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Contact our Customer Support team
2. Provide your order number, name, and details about the issue.
3. Attach photos of the product and packaging if it’s damaged or defective.
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
Once your return is approved:
· You’ll receive a notification confirming approval of your refund.
· Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
· Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement or Exchange
In case of a defective or damaged item, you may choose
· A replacement of the same product (if available), or
· A refund to your original payment method.
For exchanges, please follow the same return request process and specify that you want a replacement.
6. Shipping Costs
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, etc.).
· If the return is due to our error, Femagiene will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
· Products that have been opened or used.
· Items returned without proof of purchase.
· Products returned after the 15-day return window.
